Had a wonderful time at Four points by Sheraton desaru. The room is perfect. Kids love it. Bed is comfortable. There are quite a num of eateries nearby and laundromat to wash our 2a2c clothes after 2 nights. Probably will be good to have a rack in the shower to put personal shampoo etc.. we had to put on the floor. The ones provided smells really good though. No regrets staying here!

The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure we had a great time. They event prepared the cakes for my birthday and anniversary. The hotel is located to near facilities like food and supermarket. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the towels needed to be cleaned properly as they were alil smelly. Otherwise, all was great n well.

We checked in after 12pm on Wednesday. Told by front desk staff there will be electricity shutdown tomorrow from 11am-5pm in the rooms. And told free drinks will be provided at lobby whilst guests have to wait out the shutdown outside their room. Who would want to stay in a humid room without aircon, lights, and air circulation at mid day? My friends and I went down at this time and asked for the drinks. Lol, we were charged for our Pepsi and hot tea. When we enquired why we had to pay from the staff on duty, she pointed us to the hospitality long table (picture attached)! It was a great eye opener! You mean a Marriott Hotel has an electricity shutdown and there is no Plan B for the guest? Guests supposed to suffer the discomfort despite paying for their room?

除了沒有自己的沙灘，游泳池也比較簡陋（小朋友），其他的都滿意，房間乾淨，早餐的食物也不錯，泊車方便，附近也有許多商店。

Room big and clean. But get set worn out the room due to wear and tear by inconsiderate guests Not near beach but near makan and supermarket. The nearest mall not much, best walk along the shop houses So eat till you drop no problem. But if shop for clothes, souvenir etc not much choice if you trendy type Check in at 330 but was told no room available and cannot get same floor. Then I explained its 330 and need try their best as I yet to do my prayers. Then magic happen, room can appear and same floor some more. The check in process was slow, likely new boy and not guided well. Amenities standard for a 4 star hotel. Pool and gym for act fit people. Those who want go beach can act fit and run there or 10 min drive for those unfit ones.

This is my second visit after 4 months.The checked in process was fast and greted with a warm and cheerful staff if not wrong is duty manager. My room is clean and feel comfortable for my stay. The breakfast buffet got improvement a lot compare with last time visit. The nasi lemak corner never empty now, food fill up pretty fast now. Last visit food was finished and waited very long for filling up. The orange and watermelon juice was nice and also filling up very fast, very rare to see empty bottle. Thumbs up! The waiter all with smile and happy mood. The most yummy is the roti prata corner the same brother doing the best roti prata kosong! I will come back again by year end.

就在市中心，旁邊很多吃的。選擇這個酒店就是因為吃比較方便，服務什麼的都很好，設施很新，游泳池有點小，但小朋友也是夠用。

酒店基本設施都有也管理的不錯，地點在desaru市區，周圍很多商店，餐廳，醫療診所，就是非常方便！ 酒店的前台很好笑容，待人和善，耐心回答。看門的守衞也是不錯，見人都會打招呼。早餐必須大誇，對得起Sheroton的水準. 唯一可惜，酒店沒有沙灘，其他都好。很好入住體驗，還會再來！

The only thing I didn't like about the stay was the pillow. They were too soft and not comfortable. Other than that, everything was excellent. The room was clean and the hotel staff were friendly. It was a nice gesture that they ungraded our room and the sunset view was beautiful. The morning buffet was great too.

Overall experience is amazing . Things that you can expect from marriot group. Only that location to you need vehicle to travel around. 12 min drive to beach.

Had a wonderful time at Four points by Sheraton desaru. The room is perfect. Kids love it. Bed is comfortable. There are quite a num of eateries nearby and laundromat to wash our 2a2c clothes after 2 nights. Probably will be good to have a rack in the shower to put personal shampoo etc.. we had to put on the floor. The ones provided smells really good though. No regrets staying here!
